Can it replace my traditional phone system?
Yes, Hosted Swyx can entirely replace your traditional phone system or stand-alone Voice over IP (VoIP) phone system. In fact, it will provide you with more flexibility, lower costs and better resilience.
Is it reliable?
PurpleUC Hosted Swyx is run on our own Windows servers, in top notch datacentres, and we look after it so you don’t need to. If you need enhanced resilience, Hosted Swyx can be augmented with all the usual Windows resilience options providing a variety of options around disaster recovery.

Can I keep my telephone numbers?
Yes, you can. We routinely migrate telephone numbers from various different providers, including existing SIP numbers and traditional telephone numbers.
